I start by understanding what's unique about the business, where the founder wants to take it next, and helping build the operating structure and leadership capacity to get there.

I've spent thirty years in executive leadership, most of it inside founder-led software companies. I've been the operator, not the observer — which means I've made the decisions you're making now, with the same incomplete information.
